I give a give start review for the customer service that I received. As far as the product itself, I give it a two star because it got a hole by the neck area the first time I washed it. Waihana sent a new one to replace it with a return label to ship the defective product back.

Aloha Jason, glad we got that sorted out for you. A hole by the neck on the first wash is a manufacturing defect, plain and simple — that shirt should have never left the factory that way. Hopefully the replacement holds up the way it should.

The quality of the materials is excellent and I think it's at a reasonable price. The fit of the shirt is perfect and I love the pattern. I'm very satisfied with the product. The only thing is I wish I there was a sizing chart to help. I'm usually between a small and medium depending on the company so it would be nice to have a size chart. For reference I bought a size Small and I'm 5'8, 145 lbs athletic build and the shirt is a great fit.
